How is the order placed?

All products in the catalog are unique. Once an item is sold, there is no copy. Ordering is done through the website, easily and securely.

How do I know my product is genuine?

All Lindique Limited Editions come with a signed certificate of authenticity and are marked with the logo and number on the object.

Orders via Forvandling – Signert Lindique do not receive a logo, but come with a separate certificate confirming that the work was done by us.

Can I submit something for transformation?

Yes – Lindique offers an exclusive transformation service for interior items with soul and potential. See more information here , or send us a request via the contact form.

How much does the transformation service cost?

Prices start from NOK 2500, and are adjusted based on size, complexity and material choice. You will always receive a clear price quote before you confirm your order.

Why are some products marked with the Lindique logo, while others are not?

Only products that have been selected and sold by Lindique as part of our own collection are marked with the logo.

Items transformed for customers via Transformation – Signed Lindique do not receive a logo, but are delivered with a certificate.

How long does it take to receive the item?

In-stock products are normally shipped within 2–4 business days. Transformation projects are produced within 1–2 weeks, with individual agreement.

How do I best take care of my product?

The products are designed for indoor use. Wipe the surface gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid water, strong cleaning agents and direct sunlight over time.

Do I have the right to cancel?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard products. Transformations and special orders are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
